Nick Goddard Posted November 4, 2019 Share Posted November 4, 2019 Which of the Gymnastic Bodies exercises will work/train the Anterior Tibialis & Posterior Tibialis? My left appears to have become very weak, as if it's gone to sleep. For example, when walking on my heals it's clear that the left foot cannot stay upwards, whereas the right foot can.
