Coach Sommer Posted September 29, 2019 Share Posted September 29, 2019 Hello Geir, Unfortunately there is nothing you can do in the short term to address this issue, strengthening joints is a long term process that will last at least 6-7 months; and possibly much longer if you keep getting injured. In the interim, communicate with your instructor and workout partners, and let them know the intensity of your workout needs to be dialed way down in order for you to practice safely. If they hesitate or give your grief, move on and find a new school. Life is too short to deal with unnecessary injuries caused by rolling with meatheads.
