Well, it would help to have:1. good back extension roll on the ground2. Muscle up to forward roll to supportFrom there it's just playing with rolling from inverted and popping the hips and pushing the arms forward and pulling them in to the sides....Once you get stronger you can use less momentum Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
