Backwards roll to L support

i want to learn this on the rings, what kind of progression i must floow? i need some pre -equirements?

Well, it would help to have:

1. good back extension roll on the ground

2. Muscle up to forward roll to support

From there it's just playing with rolling from inverted and popping the hips and pushing the arms forward and pulling them in to the sides....

Once you get stronger you can use less momentum
