João Forja Posted January 9, 2019 Share Posted January 9, 2019 Hi everyone! I think I probably have tight lats that are restrict my shoulder mobility. I noticed this while doing the Pancake Shoulder exercise. My lats are tight to the point that I can't reach my feet that well. I'm assuming the inability to reach my feet comes from tight lats since that's the area where I really feel the stretch and not on my legs. Everett Carroll Posted January 10, 2019 Share Posted January 10, 2019 The lat stretches in the Foundation Core workout (from the GymFit subscription) are my favorite. Look at the first 6 lat stretches from the front lever progressions specifically.
