John Deliyiannis Posted November 15, 2018 Share Posted November 15, 2018 I am thinking to be a monthly subscriber and I am very interested in the new courses, but I am wondering how they fit with the current programs. For example, I am following the stretch series which recommends once per week to do the front split/side split/thoracic bridge and not do anything else except a daily limber. Now I see there is also a weighted mobility. Should I add this as well on my weekly routine or should I replace the stretch series? Or should I do what I think it is better? Yes of course in another day, I just want to understand how it will fit with the weekly program and how the new courses fit in the current weekly program in general. Does the system take my current level from the Foundation series or there is an adjustment button somewhere (could not find such)? Thanks a lot!
