Alessandro Mainente Posted April 19, 2010 Share Posted April 19, 2010 after a session on the mushroom i feel pain in the palm of my hand, not in the entire palm but in the outer part of the palm (under the Ringfinger), can be the rupture of a vein be the cause of the pain? because i can't do muscle up or handstand or cross work...
