Samuel Carr
Wondering what you guys think is the best sport for developing joint and tendon strength. I was gymnastics, martial arts, and rock climbing were at the top. Any others?

Nick Van Bockxmeer
gymnastics for elbows, shouldersrock climbing for handsweightlifting for the backparkour for the knees (IF approached very intelligently). seriously the fact that david belle has done massive jumps onto concrete for years and has no knee problems past 40 is amazing. obviously the big jumps are few and far betweenyes ballet is very tough on the joints of the lower body. dancing en pointeis fairly amazing. not something that is required of males though.as a side note, would you expect swimming to develop the least amount of joint strength? John Sapinoso
David Belle is a rare breed of intelligent parkour.Having worked with some swimmers in my gym I can tell you that they have terribly weak elbows. Spending all day in suspended weightless in the water, it's no surprise.
Samuel Carr
I watched a movie about the human body in biology, and it said that doing things on hour toes like in ballet causes as much friction and pressure as balancing elephants on stuff, I forgot what it was exactly. But apparently ballet dancers have the most pain tolerance out of any sport.
Razz
IMO: there is no such thing at best, it is what you make it!
