I'm looking for 1 lb., 5 lb. & 10 lb. weighted bars, if they do exist. I'm also 6'2", so looking for a minimum of 6' length is also key. Where do y'all get your weighted bars from? Mikey Cunanan Posted April 11, 2018 Share Posted April 11, 2018 Hello Maurice, It is not necessary for the bar itself to be weighted. You can use weighted bars, but they are often hard to find and costly. A great alternative is to take a dowel rod and place a light weight or ankle straps through to the middle.
