irongymnast Posted April 8, 2010 Share Posted April 8, 2010 I was training weighted pullups, chinups and OAC, multiplane pulling, dips, some rings, etc. the other day.Today I noticed that I have a small bruise on my arm above the elbow, at the lowest spot of the bicep. I remember my arms were sore at that spot when I did the pullups/chinups.I don't remember getting hit.
