Bruises from overtraining?

I was training weighted pullups, chinups and OAC, multiplane pulling, dips, some rings, etc. the other day.

Today I noticed that I have a small bruise on my arm above the elbow, at the lowest spot of the bicep. I remember my arms were sore at that spot when I did the pullups/chinups.

I don't remember getting hit. Is it possible that I got a bruise from training too hard? o_O
