Daniel Lawrie
Hey guys, I've slowed up on the GST this last two weeks as i've had a sudden occurrence of pain on the front-outside of my right hip. If I lie in supine and rotate my right foot outwards to about 70% ROM I can reproduce the sharp pain. I have no trouble squatting and internal rotation seems fine. Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what may be causing this issue before I proceed with formal consultation. Cheers, Dan
Alessandro Mainente
Hi Daniel , hard to say from behind a monitor. We can make assumptions but they are always approximative. When a pain persists for more than 4-5 days I think it is the time to have a PT check.
