Scott Garfield Posted September 22, 2017 Share Posted September 22, 2017 hi, i have trouble coming back from the deepest position i can comfortably get into at full shoulder stretch (ie. the German hang position). i can only come back from a higher position than i can get into. is that a pecs/delts weakness? what muscles should be activated to come back from German hang to inverted? thanks.
