Hey guys,

Its been a while since i posted in the forum, been making a lot of progress lately. When working on the hollow back press i am unable to hold a bent arm planche with my hands on parallets and a neutral grip, i can hold it with a supinated grip quiet well and on the floor decently. However even a half lay on parallets in nuetral grip is hard. Any ideas on why I am unable to hold it on parallets? I want to be able to practice my hbp on parallets but i can hold the bottom :(

My straddle hbp needs work ik... been working on it for a week and my half lay hbp was brutal :)

Whine supine grip there is more involvement of the chest, this means that your shoulders are not enough strong to hold the bent arm planche with a neutral grip (Where chest it is less activated).
