How long do some positions have to be held for, i,e, planche variations? is there a minimum time to hold each variation BEFORE you move to the next progression? Also, for example of Bulgarian dips, i read it should be 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps. so what If i can do 10-15 STRAIGHT reps, should I still work on the set/rep scheme? Last question, does it make a difference if the knees are RIGHT against the elbows or on the outside of the elbows for the frog stand? Thanks much

Daniel

The problem is that the answers have been discussed so much that no one felt like bothering to answer you. No offense.

To elaborate on the above, its good to think of this forum as less of a forum and more of a library.

There is just an amazing wealth of information here if you look around a bit. I'm sure with a little research you will answer your questions and more.

As for knee placement, there is a lot of trial and error involved, i used to do knees in the armpits, then one of my teachers steered me to knees on the side. Honestly i, personally, think they are both fine, maybe on the side is actually easier to start with.
