Not sure where i'm at with this one.
Any advice appreciated
Thank you
Hey Garry,
Can you upload a side view taken from ground level?
Yeah sure
Hey Garry,
Thanks for taking the time to shoot another video. It looks like you're doing a great job. You are doing a good job of keeping your entire back pressed into the ground as you hold your position. It looks like your hands are slightly wider than shoulder width. Work on bringing them a little bit closer together. Other than that, it looks good, nice work!
Thanks Jeffrey
I'll keep working on it.
Got my hands closer together and added the weight. This is the 5th set of 30s. How's it looking please
Thank you.
Hey Garry,
It looks awesome! If possible, can you also post a top view?
Hi Jeffrey
is this what you were meaning?
It seems to be ok.
Thanks Alessandro
Still finding the handstand IM's really tough
Hoping for a bit of help with this IM. I've started moving through the PE's or I would never move on from PE1. Ive been on this IM for months now with no change at all. I practice these on a regular basis. Any ideas anyone please?
Hey Garry, reduce a bit the grip and this is ok.
Hey
How's this looking please.
Thank you
NIce work on the IM2 Garry.
Hey
Not sure what im aiming for on this one.
Any advice appreciated
Hi Garry, in this IM you should strive to reach the floor with the armpit. Also, keep your chin on the floor while looking forward. you should be able to see your thumbs with the peripheral vision.
Thanks Alessandro.
Looks likes I'll be spending some time on this on.
Im up to 2.5kg on this one and can do quite a few sets.
An i ok to mark as easy or do I need to improve form/add weight?
Thank you
Hi Garry,
Looking good. Yes you can mark it easy. Keep up the good work.
Finding this one really tough.
Ive reached 3 x 30s but still not sure if the form is anywhere close yet?
Thanks
Any advice please?
Nice work, Garry. As you get tired your start to bend your elbows. Try to keep them straight throughout your set. Also work on bringing your hands a little bit closer together.
Can you also post ground view from the front?
Thank you @Jeffrey Bittner
Ill keep working on those. I cant imagine being able to do this with a weighted bar.
Is this view any good?
Hey Garry, as noted Jeffrey, keep the elbows locked. it is a common tendency where there is lack of strength on a certain angle.
