Finding a balance between static holds and dynamic strength

This is the current steady cycle I am following. I am now in week 4.

Am I doing too much static holds? Should I make changes? I also do a lot of core work as you can see. Can I reduce the amount of core work and still make (the same) progression?

My goal is to achieve the planche, front and back lever.

Mon

Handstand training

Hanging Leg Lifts + Flat Tuck Front lever

Straddle L + Flat Tuck Back Lever

Tuck Planche

Rope climbing

Tue

Handstand training

Muscle ups

Flat Tuck Back Lever

Tuck Planche

Reverse Hyperextensions

Windshield wipers

Thu

Handstand training

Handstand Pushups + L-sit

Chin up – L

Tuck Planche

Flat Tuck Front Lever

Fri

Handstand training

Muscle ups

L-sit + Handstand Pushups

Flat Tuck Front Lever

Back Pull Negatives

Trap Bar static holds

That's a tough call to make. Are you still seeing improvements? What you are doing right now is relatively easy, so you may be able to get away with that much frequency. It's hard to say without knowing how tall and heavy you are, how your sets/reps for the holds are, what your progress has been during the 4 weeks, etc.

You are right. More info. Height: 1.82 (6.1) weight: 75kg. I work my static sets as suggested in the book. For example: Flat tuck FL: 6 sets of 10sec, Tuck Planche 8 sets of 7sec. So working up to 60sec.

My progress

Muscle ups = still 5x5 but my reps are getting better: less swinging, more strict.

Flut tuck front lever = Has been a flat tuck for a very long time. 8 weeks ago (last cycle) it was 8sec. Now 4 weeks in its 10sec. Very slow progress here. It is still 10sec.

Flat tuck back lever = Going quite ok. It's now 12sec. Last cycle it was 8sec. Now I can do sets of 14sec too.

Tuck Planche = currently 7sec. Getting more stable but very slow. I cant hold langer than 7ec.

I am feeling I am progressing very slowly. I worked my ass off on a flat tuck BL for the last 12 weeks and it only progressed 6 seconds or so. Tuck planche same story. In 12 weeks I went from 5 tot 7sec tuck planche. I am thinking I'm progressing too slow, or am I wrong?

I hope this gives more info
