Useful tool for tracking workouts

Everyone should check out google documents.

I started using the spreadsheet recently to keep track of my workouts.

The benefit is that you'll never lose you data, you can access it from any computer, and you can allow other people to view your stuff so you can share with members of the board. Anyone here that keeps a blog of their gymnastics exploits can display it there as well.
