Neal Winkler Posted February 11, 2010 Share Posted February 11, 2010 Everyone should check out google documents. http://www.google.com/google-d-s/tour1.htmlI started using the spreadsheet recently to keep track of my workouts.The benefit is that you'll never lose you data, you can access it from any computer, and you can allow other people to view your stuff so you can share with members of the board.
