Nicolas Lukas
Hello everyone! I recently read Coach Sommer's informations on tendon recovery and wondered, if it's possible to train 3 different exercises everyday. For example a routine would look like that: Monday (planche, victorian cross, pull ups), Tuesday (bent arm planche, planks, front lever), Wednesday (planche press, L sits, inverted rows) and the same from Thursday to Saturday. Is that too much? Or is it better when I do this routine once a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and skill work (low intensity for example: handstands) on off-days? And what do you consider low intensity skill training? Best regards, Nicolas Lukas
Alessandro Mainente
The concept "what is too much" it is highly connected to your level, your physical abilities, your foundations, your physical quality and the type of the training involved. It is practically impossible to give an accurate suggestion.
