Cole Dano
Water is not as much a builder as a carrier.Cells won't function properly with out enough water being available to carry the nutrients to the cells and carry the waste away. It also carries the minerals that control muscle contraction and relaxation. And of course helps control body temperature, via sweat, which serves double duty as it carries certain waste excess away.Of course this is very simplified. In general, you are sweating, losing water and it needs to be replenished. The thirst can come the next day, but the dehydration came yesterday.
