Javier Castellote Posted January 3, 2017 Share Posted January 3, 2017 Hi all! I purchased the Fundamentals and Foundation courses, and I started working on them since October 2016. So far I have felt the benefits and I am ready to add other courses. I am torn because right now I don't have enough money to buy all the courses so I have to pick 1 or 2. I used to practice capoeira but I stopped because of wrist and shoulder issues,and I want to get back into it, so I am definitely getting the Hand Stand one. I also enjoy playing soccer and I wanted your opinion on which of the two Split (Front/ Middle) courses would be more beneficial for that.
