Jacob Marks Posted January 12, 2010 Share Posted January 12, 2010 Hello Forum, I have been working with new compulsories level 4-6 on sharpening up there routines. We have had 3 meets and they are starting to look more polished. I was wondering if anyone has a certain type of training protocol for compulsory routine prep or tips for competition to help. With 3-4 week between competitions its difficult to keep them in season mode. To me it seems that most younger boys can't tell there at a competition or not aware of how to show their routines off in a different manner then practice.
