Wich one is better first : middle or front split ? Thanks all .. Jon Douglas Posted July 9, 2016 Share Posted July 9, 2016 That was fast For the posterior chain, which is usually strong but tight in people I train with, weighted mobility (including bodyweight stall bar work) really comes into it's own. The Foundation series has a number of drills for pike and straddle which work hard and fast on the posterior chain and I frankly love them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
