1druid1 Posted November 26, 2009 Share Posted November 26, 2009 Hi AllAlong with trying to get fit again I really must change out my bad eating habbits, so was thinking along the lines of the following.Current StatsBodyweight: 171lbsBodyfat %: 14%Height: 5'11Age: 32Basic Meal PlanBreakfast: 3 Whole Egss ScrambledSnack: Tuna / 2 Pieces of FruitDinner: Chicken / VeggiesSnack: Couple Pieces of FruitEvening: Protein ShakeI am basically trying to get lean again but retain the muscle I have left.
