Basic diet for getting into shape

Hi All

Along with trying to get fit again I really must change out my bad eating habbits, so was thinking along the lines of the following.

Current Stats

Bodyweight: 171lbs

Bodyfat %: 14%

Height: 5'11

Age: 32

Basic Meal Plan

Breakfast: 3 Whole Egss Scrambled

Snack: Tuna / 2 Pieces of Fruit

Dinner: Chicken / Veggies

Snack: Couple Pieces of Fruit

Evening: Protein Shake

I am basically trying to get lean again but retain the muscle I have left. I would also love to get down to around 8% Bodyfat

Look into Primal/Paleo as to foods and Zone portioning.

Unfortunately, I don't either really besides using the Zone to count carbs and I still drink Whole Milk.
