Ergi Ergis Posted April 5, 2016 Share Posted April 5, 2016 I have been training with weights, gymnastics for 4 years and my favorite apparatus are parallel bars but my problem is that " Should i do gymnastics skills like kips, handstand, uprises on iron parallel bars"? I need an answer. There are no gymnastics clubs in my town. I have been training only in my garden and for 1 year in gym. I'm looking forward to hear from you!
