JonasPortugal
Do Foundations make a lot of use of stall bars? Is it worth getting one? If it is, do you recommend 1 stall bar or 2 sets, side by side? I'm 1.86m, would a 2.5m (tall) x 0.90 (wide) is enough? Also, there are stall bars with protuding bars, and others that don't have them. Here's one with a top bar, and here's one without a top bar sticking out. The first is 2.3m x 0.87m, the latter is 2.5m x 0.90m. Sorry if I'm putting this in meters but I'm confused with inches (1m = 100cm). Romulo Malta
Hi Jonas Yes, Foundation makes a lot of use of stall bars. You´ll also need them for stretching, press handstand mobility, etc. It´s totally worthy, you´ll need it forever if you are serious about GST. You won´t need two sets side by side, they would be useful maybe for straddle mobility but not a must. The measurements you said are good enough. I´d prefer a model with an offset bar at the top, but I didn´t like much the model in your first link. You´d better find one with regular spacing between the rungs.
