Posted July 14, 2015 Share Posted July 14, 2015 What is this particular inversion called - does it have a role in gymnastics - it certainly looks really good - and like something I've seen done during floor exercises. It might make for some interesting floor choreography for a women's routine. Also good when you want to impress the yoga chicks with your skillz.
