Box Space w Height outside apt for X Rings. How? Advise.

I have not yet started the basics since I've been under the weather but our Condo building is undergoing construction and I figured the only way to ever get GOOD HEIGHT CLEARANCE near / in the building would be this:

Box space outside the building, right between 2 apartments, that is in front of the Stairs (most people use elevators anyways) separated by a Metal & Glass Frame.

Since, we have workers doing repair work it would be easy for me to get a Pipe or Metal Beam put up between the 2 sides of the Box.

BOX SPACE:

Width: 100"

Depth: 78"

Glass Frame Height: 71"

Opening Window Height (Bottom): 71" + 29" = 100" = 8' 4"

Opening Window Height (TOP): 71" + 29" + 24" = 124" = 10' 4"

My height is around 5'9"/5'10"

My Hand Reach: 7.5' Approx (My apt pullup bar is around 12" or so from ceiling i.e. 8.5')

Other Constraints:

Full wall on 2 sides (See pic 1) i.e. Backside & Rightside Wall.

Beam on 3 sides (at 87") on Front, Left & Right (already wall).

Metal & Glass Frame behind the space (Dimensions given)

Window that opens can be closed for workout. The thing is whenever the Rings are put up they will be taken down.

To throw the rings / straps over the pipe / support beam might be risky for the Glass Frame. Is there a safer way?

Hence this Window could act as a VANTAGE point for safely putting the Straps over the support Beam / Pipe.

Issues & Questions:

- Its not an ideal space but it is what we have.

- The EXPERIENCED GYMNASTS & EXPERTS: PLEASE ADVISE:

Given the exercises & progressions etc... that you have been through what would be the appropriate location in the Box to put up the Pipe / Support Beam?

(Given the available dimensions & Constraint Items that hamper exercise)

- Height

- Depth Location i.e. How far from the Front Beam / Back side wall.

Do share some of your thoughts & experiences.
