Desiree Walker
I have always had a bad habit of my head and neck out on handstands and presses. My press starts out like a press then goes to planche-press rest of the way up. I've been doing it incorrectly for so long, it has imprinted this movement pattern so strong! I think it even effects the force I have to exert and the reps I'm able to do (I've been stuck between 5-7 for over 2 years!) is this a common issue? What would be other efficient drills to break this pattern (besides wall presses, wall straddle downs) ready to get this right and move on trim.3951F8BD-4164-465C-9F34-8277E502F66D.MOV
Jesus Rojas
It could be maybe due to tight shoulders, if you upload a video of your HS we can see if you have full shoulder flexion or if your shoulder are closed.
