Mouclier Victor
Is there any RC exercices that you can perform without any Equipment ?
Dylan Robertson
To my knowledge, no. You will need Rings, Dumbbells, bands and a barbell w/weights.
Coach Sommer
Yes, there are some very good bodyweight rotator cuff exercises. However they are fairly advanced and you are not yet ready for them. For the time being concentrate on band and dumbbell variations. Yours in Fitness,Coach Sommer

The first PE of Rc is also a bodyweight (not entirely though) rotator cuff exercise, no?

Ronnicky Roy
You can do wall slides. You stand with your back to a wall, making sure your heels, butt and shoulders are all touching. Rotate your arms up against the wall as if you were about to do a headstand. Slowly raising your arms up to fully locked potion and back, while maintaining all points of connection to the wall should help with that. Just go super slow and 10 reps should be enough. Once that's too easy you can hold some light weights and do it some more. You'll obviously be working some front deltoid and traps, but maintaining that positioning will get you using your scapula more and will help with shoulder stability
