Mainly looking for books on anatomy as it relates to exercise (the roles that different muscles play), and nutrition as it relates to recovery for different types of exercise (e.g. max strength vs endurance, etc...). If anyone knows any good books (or resources in general) to order I'd love to check them out! Preferably newer ones, too avoid having to correct any out-dated info. Thanks!
