L-sit hand position?

So I tried to use the search function but for some reason nothing came up....?

 

I'm curious if there would be any reason to train Lsit/V sit with the fingers pointed one direction instead of the other. If one were to train them with the fingers pointed back, would this help with things like future manna work? I've noticed that training L/V sits with the fingers pointed backwards is significantly more difficult (my arms get much more shakey!)

Potentially, but not everyone gets into a manna with fingers pointed back either I personally don't do my FX Lsit or MSH work that way. Out to the sides for me.
