Well, I was fat and I reduced a lot of my body fat percentage.I can already see a my abs but i still have a little fat remaining in my love handles and my lower abs. I would say my BF is between 10%~12% ,I'm 165cm tall and have a 67~69cm waist(at navel)75cm on the love handles area.

What i want to know is, with my fat level am i going to have problems with bodyweight training?can i have a diet to gain mass or the little fat excess will be bad?Should i "get ripped"(lol) first and then get a diet to gain mass with gymnastics AND a little hypertrophy training?

I'm looking like this, BUT THIS IS NOT ME!!!(I just can't post a picture of my body to show how it looks like, sorry; also, i think i have less fat than this guy but not a lot).

Haha I have like 20% fb and don't question that I'll be able to complete the foundation program. You will lose the excess as your training continues as long as you eat well.
