itaman8
Hello,It is okay to do each of the stretch series parts not after strength workout- I mean doing it in the other days when there is no foundation or handstand?Because after foundation training I am a little bit tired and after handstand training I'm running, and so I left with three days.. Or it is the best to them after the foundation or handstand? Thank you.

Thank you. If GST is your main goal, my recommendation would be to run before (not after) your Handstand session as a warm up. It is MUCH better to stretch after Foundation/Handstand session. Your joints and muscles will be ready for an intensive stretching session and you will increase your work capacity. Here is my schedule if you want an example : - Monday : F7 + FSs - Tuesday : H1 + TBs - Wednesday : Rest - Thursday : F7 - Friday : H1 + MSs - Saturday : Rest - Sunday : Rest These rest days are absolutely necessary.

Jonathan Pettit
An ideal workout would be moderate run as warmup -> foundation work -> finish with a stretch. However, as coach says, we don't live in an ideal world, so we do the best we can. If that means running or stretching on a different day, then that's what you do. Just make sure you do each series once a week and you'll see progress. That's really the bottom line.

Tomas Hajdu
I wasn't posting my schedule to say you should follow it but to show that you don't have to do it after foundation training. It's fine to do after your handstand and running.

Alexander Egebak
In the future you should post in the stretch forums. There should be plenty of similar topics too.
