Hannibal Ahmed Posted February 6, 2015 Share Posted February 6, 2015 Whenever I attempt to train the elevated bent leg middle splits hold or this thing I do which is kind of a straddle l-sit, but with my butt still on the ground, my hip abductors start to cramp up? is there any way to prevent this??
