I can hold my tuck planche 35s-40s before i start loosing hips-shoulder alignement.The problem is that it hasn't increased since this summer !! My routine is : 5sets of 20s 4 times a weekas other pushing exercices i do standing handstand presses and handstand push ups. Any tips on how to increase my hold to 60s ?
