Joss Delage Posted December 18, 2014 Share Posted December 18, 2014 The last couple days, I have been experiencing fairly sharp pain on the right side of my lower back. I experience this when bending forward or lifting up my right leg (including stepping forward). I have found that I get temporary relief when I mash my TFL (on a PVC pipe or a parallette). Does that sound familiar to anyone? I'm looking for help on what to target during mobility work. I suspect TFL and piriformis, but if anyone has a better idea, I'd love to hear it.
