Léo Aïtoulha
• Hollow back press is one of the seven Foundation Series skills • Straddle planche is one of the seven Foundation Series skills Full planche - which is harder than straddle planche - is not covered in Foundation Series. To do full planche push-ups, you should first master full planche. Conclusion : full planche push-up is harder than hollow back press.
Brian Li
I've done both and full planche push-ups are much much harder than hollow back presses. There is simply no comparison. Even half lay planche push-ups are harder. HBP requires more balance and body awareness, but full planche push-ups take way more strength.
