Has anyone built garden pull-up bars & any advice?

I want to build a bar in the garden to install rings on as well as a pull up bar.

I'm 5ft 9, how tall would the posts need to be to hang bars from so I can do a pencil, muscle up, etc witout hitting the bar or touching the ground when I do rolls? Would 14ft posts put 4ft deep be sturdy enough for rings work?

Does anyone know of companies that can do this in the South West? I've seen a couple but they only the East of England. I've seen a lot of youtube videos on building your own but specifically want to know about the height necessary for what I want to do.
