Jurre Posted November 24, 2014 Author Share Posted November 24, 2014 The secret is usually in the hurdle.You should have a long, low hurdle, taking off with the balls of your feet, feet in FRONT of the body, not behind and leaning forward.Practice the tuck from just one jump, practice the hurdle itself, practice the hurdle from a few steps. This is probably right, my hurdle is quite terrible. The feet in front of my body might actually come in handy, never thought of that! It really does my head in, not being able to jump upwards lol.
