Gavin Strelitz Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 Hi guys, I will be hanging my rings off some eye bolts attached to a concrete ceiling. Does anyone have any specifications for the bolts? How long should they be, how far into the concrete should they go, diameter of the eye, etc... Any help greatly appreciated. Cole Dano Posted August 5, 2014 Share Posted August 5, 2014 The above is almost correct, but do not use an open hook. Use a cast solid eye bolt like the one pictured below. M8 is a good size, and the hole's not too hard to drill M10 will be stronger and allow larger carabiners.
