Deins Drengers
Its just a theory I thought of. It because Bodybuilders look tight and muscular when just being relaxed or its only because of the very low body fat % ? What do you guys think ? Alexander Egebak
You should see it this way; that too much muscle mass hinders range of motion, but you can put on PLENTY and still be very flexible. It only becomes a hindrance in the extremes; like pro body builders with no flexibility and skinny "snake human" with excessive flexibility. Still, I have seen body builders do backflips and their rutines and skinny people do amazing strength features.
Luka Kopusar
backflip has nothing to do with flexibility imo, just vertical jump power and contracting abs so you flip over. as i was told and read i some books that you need twice the strength to stretch the muscle a few inches more. So not just adding muscle mass, but strength into muscles, that will get you further.
