Hello everyone, I am new to the forum, this is four months that I train for full planche and front lever and now I can hold a straddle planche for 3s and a straddle front lever for 6-7s with a weight for 86 kg (189.2 lbs) of 1m81.

I would just need a few tips to stay longer on the straddle planche and front lever
and move to a full planche and full front lever

thank you in advance

ps : i don't have any training routine

sorry my english is not good, i'm french

Post a video and we can assist you more then.

But in general going back to a a previous progression (in this case, assuming your form is really spot on, then you should work on Advanced tuck planche and Advanced tuck front lever, and build the sets up more, to around sets of 30s+) and working up to longer holds is usually the key.

It is very hard to start building volume on a 3s straddle planche, so try building it up as much as you can in other ways before directly working on it.

As for a training routine, when you are working moves tough on the body like these a training routine is absolutely necessary to have. You will get injured otherwise. The Gymnastic Bodies forum actually has the most comprehensive program for straddle planche and front lever, so you came to the right place, and though you will need to buy the programs if you want to go that route, there is plenty of information in the forum throughout the years which has all the help you should need.

Check out the famous Killroy70 beginner thread here: https://www.gymnasticbodies.com/forum/topic/1532-killroy-70-beginner-template/

Hope that helps,

Chris.
