First of all, i'd like to say thank you for your time :).

I am just entering the world of gymnastics and just trying to get started.

I purchased the book + dvd's and there's just so many options, so many directions to go.

All I'm looking for is a basic routine that will target the whole body (yes, i mean everything!)

Like i said in my description i am very limited; the only equipment i own is

i will eventually get a membership to a gym with the equipment necessary but i first want to atleast get a head start instead of walking in there with no experience.

SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME CREATE ROUTINE TO FOLLOW, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT SO MUCH.

This link references my favorite beginning level routine.

That's all you really need for now. Get some rings when you can. With the GB program you don't really need a gym membership. You just have to figure out ways to depth jumps and block jumps and ways to do some of the glute-ham progressions ( which you can use that Iron Gym to do by putting it in the position you use as a situp device ). You may also need a weight vest or some weights in the future to load the BW movements.

Anyways, the 3 main statics. Back Lever/Front Lever/Planche. Refer to your book for the first progressions.

Handstand practice. 5-10 minutes of kicking up to HS, doing the wall presses in headstand or handstand, wall HS or wall runs.

You can also do the embedded giant set programs which is basically getting into a hold, doing a hold, and exiting. Wait 15-20s and then do some sort of push or pull exercise. Then rest 1-2 minutes.

Really simple. 3 rounds

Back Lever progression + Pulling progression

Planche progression + some sort of pushing progression ( pushups, dipping, HSPU )

Front Lever progression + some sort of core progression

Add in 3 rounds of 5 reps using the deck squat or single leg squat progressions coupled with the hamstring progressions. I will say at least 2x per week, though maybe 3 or 4 is ok as well ( depends on person ).
