Josip24 Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 I am very confused I train almost four months in the last month I have not moved(for example 10 pull-up)I'm trying a different exercise programs, the more the number of repetitions, less the number of repetitions, with more rest between series, with less rest, and so on I sleep 7-8 hours, sometimes 9 and I feel rested so I doubt that is the problem Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Daniel Burnham Posted May 7, 2014 Share Posted May 7, 2014 How often are you training? You need to vary the intensity not just repetitions.
