Lavinia-Robert Francis
I noticed that "Foundation One provides up to 18 months worth of programming and Handstand One provides up to 312 months worth of programming". Should one focus on the Foundation One, then progress to the Handstand One; or should they be done simultaneously? Thanks for any advice.
Jennifer Rodriguez
They should be worked simultaneously. Welcome!

elin452
Does it actually say 312 months somewhere? LOLLol I doubt it. Maybe 3 1/2 months? Though that sounds rather short. But 31/32 months seems weirdly long.
Kate Abernethy
The first post here reads '... up to 312 months worth of programming' Maybe my screen is not showing up the '/'. Anyhow, ideally they should be integrated together. Beware if you put H1 days on your weekend, doing weekend-type things tends to get in the way! Douglas Wadle
It's supposed to read 312 weeks, not months. 12 PE's + 14 SE's at up to 12 weeks each = 312. Most of them you probably won't need full 12 weeks for, though some you may need more than that, especially if your shoulder mobility is poor.
Lavinia-Robert Francis
Thanks for all the replies. If you check out the hyperlink, and look in Frequently Asked Questions, and look at the Q. How long does each course take to complete? Just so people don't think I'm Crazy.http://gymnasticbodies.com/gb-starter-pack.html?inf_contact_key=3702e6a25437aa8f170bd290d43a24ea48681b3849716750fffbc7be966bd703 Thanks again. Joshua Slocum
I think that's supposed to be 312 weeks Also note that it will only take you 312 weeks/6 years if you have to spend an entire 12-week cycle on every element. Chances are, most elements will take you much less than that (though a few might take you more).
