kbryk Posted March 1, 2008 Share Posted March 1, 2008 Yes, they will defiantly carry over to weighted pullups with all that extra leverage weighing you down from your legs, and there really is not kipping movement while do l-sit pullups unlike normal pullups you just muscle them.
