Parallel Bars

For the past year I've been fortunate enough to enjoy an easy parallel bar set-up at my local gym in Ohio using a squat rack with two barbells. Unfortunately, I'm moving back to New Jersey for the summer, and I've scouted all of the local gyms and none of them have a set-up where I can macgyver my own parallel bars.

 

Does anybody have any recommendations for an equipment substitute? I'd be pretty bummed if I have to go a whole summer without a place to practice planche dips, russian dips, and the like. I may resort to building my own, but if there's a more practical solution I'd love to hear it....thanks!!!
