My homemade Stall Bars (stretched for tall people)

Here's a picture of a set of stall bars I made and set up at my CrossFit box.  Being 6'2" tall I needed them a little taller than the commercially available ones ;)

 

Side rails are 1.75" VersaLam (basically very thick plywood for load-bearing beams), rungs are 1.25" birch dowel.  I've also attached a drawing giving an idea of the layout.

It think the "like feature "is too shallow: That is awesome stuff pdf-file and all.

 

One thought though do you think that the mounting is strong enough? Coach has suggested that attaching a board at the top and bottom, and bolting that into the wall would be the strongest solution.
